If you are returning an item due to a problem or defect, please contact our Customer Service Department before attempting to return the item to see if we can assist you. t3Dgear.com does not provide refunds.
Only products with a manufacturer defect may be returned and replaced within 30 days of purchase date. Products that are broken or damaged through use may not be returned.
If product is defective, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) before returning your item. Please email email@example.com to request a RMA number. Note: if you return your item WITHOUT A RMA number, we will NOT ACCEPT your return.
Mail your returned item to the shipping address provided on the RMA. In your return, include all originally shipped items including product, packaging materials, inserts, booklets, etc. and a printed copy of your RMA and your original receipt.
Return Shipping of Defects
You will be required to return the defective item before a replacement item is shipped. Return shipping will be paid by t3Dgear.com
